On Chrome, the Downloads page is under the Window drop-down menu on your browser. On Firefox, the Downloads page is a separate window in the Dock. On Safari, the Downloads page is in the upper right corner of the browser. Open the Downloads page and double-click on Silverlight.dmg. The final version was released on Ap(along with Silverlight 4 tools for developers). When a Silverlight box opens, select Install Now.
Version 2 only works with Intel Macs and does work with Safari 4/5.
